Listening guidance

Safe listening

Practical guidance for using Soundwell Studio at a comfortable level and in an appropriate setting.

Effective July 2, 2026

Soundwell Studio is a personal wellness and creative audio tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Begin at a low volume

Start playback with both your iPhone and Soundwell Studio volume set low, then increase gradually only if needed. Low-frequency sound can feel less prominent than higher frequencies even when the listening level is substantial.

Take regular breaks

Give your ears and attention time away from continuous sound. Stop listening if you experience discomfort, pain, ringing, dizziness, disorientation, or any other unwanted effect.

Use headphones intentionally

Stereo headphones are required to hear the intended left/right effect of binaural beats. Isochronic tones, drones, and noise can be used through headphones or speakers.

Confirm your audio output before starting. If wired headphones, Bluetooth, AirPlay, or another active output disconnects, Soundwell Studio may pause. Check the selected output and volume before resuming.

Stay aware of your surroundings

Do not use Soundwell Studio while driving, cycling in traffic, operating machinery, or whenever you need to hear people, alarms, vehicles, or your environment.

Personal circumstances

If you have concerns about whether rhythmic or sustained audio is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Soundwell Studio does not provide individualized health guidance.
