What to include
Helpful support messages include:

- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Whether you were using the iPhone speaker, headphones, Bluetooth, or AirPlay.
Playback questions
Why is the play button unavailable?
At least one generator must be enabled before playback can begin. Enabling a source prepares it but does not start audio automatically.
Why did Soundwell Studio pause when my headphones disconnected?
Soundwell Studio may pause when the active wired or wireless audio route is lost. It does not resume automatically. Confirm your new output and volume before pressing play again.
Why do binaural beats sound different through the speaker?
Binaural beats send different tones to the left and right channels. Stereo headphones are required for the intended effect. Other Soundwell Studio generators work with speakers.
Can Soundwell Studio continue while my iPhone is locked?
Yes. Intentional playback can continue in the background. Interruptions may pause playback, and Soundwell Studio resumes only when iOS permits and you were previously listening.
Presets, timer, and privacy
Where are custom presets stored?
Custom presets are local snapshots stored in Soundwell Studio's app container, alongside the current mix and preferences. Soundwell Studio does not transmit them off your device.
Can deleted presets be recovered?
Soundwell Studio does not maintain an online copy or recovery service. A device backup may contain app data according to your Apple backup settings.
Does the session timer pause when playback stops?
No. The session timer is an independent countdown. Pausing or resuming the timer does not start or stop audio, and timer expiration stops playback without an alarm or bell.
