Four sound sources

Build the sound you want to inhabit.

Use one generator on its own or layer all four. Every source has focused controls and its own level in the mix.

Stereo

Binaural beats

Two stereo tones with an adjustable frequency difference. Stereo headphones are required for the intended effect.

Rhythm

Isochronic tones

A tone shaped into a clear rhythmic pulse, with controls for tone, pulse rate, pulse shape, and pulse width.

Low frequency

Bass drones

Sine, triangle, and sawtooth tones with low-frequency modulation for slow movement and depth.

Texture

Colored noise

Brown, pink, or white noise shaped through an adjustable low-pass filter and resonance control.

One focused workspace

Layer, balance, save, return.

Soundwell Studio keeps the current mix close at hand while presets, focused editors, and the session timer stay one step away.

Current mix

Layer four sources

Enable the sources you want, set each level, and autosave the current mix independently from presets.

Shape

Focused controls

Tune frequencies, rhythmic behavior, waveform character, modulation, and filtering from focused editor sheets.

Presets

Apply, then edit freely

Start from a built-in preset or save the current mix locally as a reusable custom snapshot.

Timer

End gently

Set an independent session timer, pause or resume it without changing playback, and fade out when time expires.

Inside the app

Everything needed. Nothing competing.

Start from an empty mix or apply a preset, then keep shaping sound without carrying a selected-preset state around.

Private by construction

Your soundscape stays on your device.

Soundwell Studio generates audio locally. It has no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, or subscriptions, and it does not request microphone access.

No data collection. Soundwell Studio does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.
Local presets. Custom presets, the current mix, and preferences remain in the app container on your iPhone.
Generated, not recorded. Audio is synthesized on device; Soundwell Studio neither records nor listens.

Listen deliberately

Start low. Take breaks. Stay present.

Soundwell Studio is a personal wellness and creative audio tool, not medical advice or treatment. Use a comfortable volume and never listen when you need to hear your surroundings.

Safe-listening guidance

A few useful answers

Before you listen.

Soundwell Studio is intentionally small and direct. These are the details most worth knowing.

Do I need headphones?

Only binaural beats require stereo headphones for their intended left/right effect. Isochronic tones, drones, and noise can be heard through headphones or speakers.

Does Soundwell Studio make medical claims?

No. Soundwell Studio is for personal wellness and creative use. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Does playback continue in the background?

Yes. An intentional soundscape can continue while your iPhone is locked or another app is in front. Route loss pauses playback and does not resume automatically.

Where are my presets stored?

Custom presets, the current mix, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not transmitted off your device.

What happens when the timer ends?

The session timer stops audio when it expires. If fade out is enabled, Soundwell Studio lowers the session volume first. It does not play an alarm or bell.

Make a place for listening.
