Soundwell Studio Privacy Policy

Soundwell Studio is designed to work without an account and without sending personal data from the app to Dominic Minischetti III.

The Soundwell Studio app

Soundwell Studio does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.

Data stored on your device

The current mix, custom presets, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Soundwell Studio does not transmit this information off your device. Copies may be included in device backups according to your Apple and device backup settings.

Audio

Soundwell Studio generates audio on your device. It does not record audio and does not request microphone access.

Third-party software

Soundwell Studio uses open-source audio software to generate and process sound locally. These components are not used by Soundwell Studio for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

The Soundwell Studio website

The Soundwell Studio website does not use accounts, contact forms, advertising, browser analytics, or tracking technologies. It does not set cookies.

The website is hosted by Netlify and served through Cloudflare. These providers may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website according to their own privacy policies.

External links and support

Opening a website, the App Store, or an email link uses services outside Soundwell Studio. Those services process information according to their own privacy policies.

If you email support, Dominic Minischetti III receives the information you choose to include and uses it only to respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal or medical information.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain support records. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing support@dminischetti.com.

Changes

If Soundwell Studio’s privacy practices change, this policy will be updated before the new practices take effect. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
